Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner to join our team at Altimetrik. As a key client-facing leader, the Client Partner will manage strategic accounts, drive digital transformation engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. This role blends business development, consulting, and project oversight to ensure client success and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Understand client needs and align Altimetrik’s capabilities to deliver high-impact solutions
- Lead account planning, revenue forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and project success
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients on business and technology challenges
- Act as the escalation point for client issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them
Required Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in client management, consulting,
- Proven track record in account growth, project delivery, and executive stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, technology solutions, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus
