Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner to join our team at Altimetrik. As a key client-facing leader, the Client Partner will manage strategic accounts, drive digital transformation engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. This role blends business development, consulting, and project oversight to ensure client success and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement
  • Understand client needs and align Altimetrik’s capabilities to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Lead account planning, revenue forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and project success
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients on business and technology challenges
  • Act as the escalation point for client issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them
    Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in client management, consulting,
  • Proven track record in account growth, project delivery, and executive stakeholder management
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, technology solutions, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus
